The menu is the same online and in-store. You can order your coffee before arriving in the morning if you’re in a hurry, or order your personalized box of doughnuts and pick it up at the end of the day.
Is there a minimum or maximum I can order?
There is no minimum, but you can order a maximum of 4 boxes of 12 doughnuts. Above this, we invite you to use Krispy Kreme’s business and event platform.
Can I order 10 minutes or 10 days in advance?
Yes, you can order a maximum of 15 minutes before your arrival and choose free in-store pickup, or you can plan your order a few months ahead.
Do I have to make a line to pick up my online order?
Nope! You can go right to the dedicated pickup area.
Can I pay in-store?
No, you have to pay online to confirm your order.
What are the accepted payment methods?
Krispy Kreme accepts Visa and MasterCard debit cards, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
